Get strong, build muscle, and look better
in less time, with more clarity.
Train smarter to get stronger and leaner and have fun doing it.
You've done
the work.
You ran the program you found online, followed the workouts that promised results, and built your own routine from everything you'd learned along the way.
Nobody gets to call you lazy, because you showed up and did the reps.
And you got something out of it: some strength, some progress, but never the result you were promised, and never anything that stuck.
Listen, it didn't fail because you were missing a variable. It failed because it had too many. Every exercise you add and every method you rotate through pulls effort away from the few things that actually build strength.
Here's the whole secret: get stronger on a few basic lifts over time. Use a handful of supporting exercises to keep those lifts moving. Eat and sleep well enough to recover and do it again. That's it. Nobody can package that and sell it to you, so nobody does.
The effort was never your problem.
The direction was.
You don't need another program. You need less, done right.

“Training with Delan since October has been one of the best investments I've made in myself. He has challenged me to push past mental barriers I didn't even realize were holding me back, helping me become stronger both physically and mentally. Because of his knowledge, encouragement, and belief in my potential, I've accomplished lifts and built confidence I never thought were possible.”
Bill L.
“Delan is by far the most thorough and competent trainer I've worked with. His training style is catered to personal goals and doesn't only get you where you want to be aesthetically, but functionally as well. Above all, sessions with Delan never felt transactional, and it truly felt like working towards a goal together with a friend.”
Nathan D.
“I was already pretty strong to begin with, but I often got stuck and would plateau at certain points. Delan helped me fix my technique on many movements and gave me simple strategies to help me break my plateaus and hit new personal bests, like a 315 bench and a 545 deadlift. He can be technical at times, but it has definitely paid off.”
Individual results vary based on starting point, training history, and consistency.

The Coach
Delan Chan.
I’m Delan Chan.
I started training at fourteen at around 110 to 120 pounds, desperate to be strong. I began with random YouTube videos and the first four months were incredible. Then came the cycle: train hard, get hurt, fall off, lose it all, start over. Again and again, for almost a decade. Not because I wasn’t working. Because I was guessing, and guessing has its limits and I definitely hit it. Does this sound like you at all?
What finally pulled me out wasn’t doing more. It was less. I stopped chasing every variable and started training in a way that actually made me more capable instead of just more sore. The moment I stopped overcomplicating it, everything changed, and I made the strongest, fastest progress of my life.
I hate the feeling of being weak, dependent, and being held back by a body that can’t keep up with the life I want to live and the person I want to be. That’s what drives how I coach. I push people harder than they think they can go, and they surprise themselves every time. I tell them the truth. I challenge what they believe about themselves. I draw on everything I’ve learned over the years, powerlifting, bodybuilding, calisthenics, streetlifting, mobility and rehab work, and I weave it into one thing built around the person in front of me. Not whatever’s trending. And I make a few jokes while we get there.
My clients get strong faster than they thought possible. It shows up everywhere, in how they look, how they carry themselves, what they believe they’re capable of, a slow buildup of shine and confidence I get to watch happen every time we meet.
Because that’s the point. Fitness should make your life better, not take it over. You train so you become a better father, mother, friend, professional, human being, while looking good and feeling incredible in your own body. Not so you can live in the gym measuring your supplements every morning.
The gym should work for you, not you for the gym.
When the work is done right, you end up amazed at what you can do that you once thought you couldn’t. Proud of the body you built. Carrying a confidence that follows you into every room. That’s what I’m here to guide you in.
Grace and peace.
What happens when you start
No guesswork about how this runs. Here's exactly what it looks like.
You tell me where you are.
Your training history, your goals, your schedule, what hurts, what you have to work with. I build your program around that. Yours specifically, not a template with your name pasted on top.
You train and you log it.
Every session, you record your lifts in the app. Weight, reps, how it felt. You film your main lifts so I can see your technique and your effort, not guess at them.
You check in every week.
Five minutes on a Sunday. How training went, how your nutrition went, where you struggled, where you won. I read all of it.
I respond, and I adjust.
You hear back from me within twenty-four hours on weekdays. I tell you what to change and why. Your program moves as you move. When you plateau, we catch it early. When something hurts, we work around it.
That's the loop. Simple on purpose. You do the work, I handle the thinking, and the two of us keep it pointed in the right direction.
Why train
Building your dream body is like building wealth.
Nobody builds wealth simply for the number. They build it for what the number makes possible. It buys options, freedom, and the ability to say yes to the right things that give you life and no to the things that subtract from your life.
The ancient Greeks had a word for human: Anthropos. It didn't just mean a person. It came to mean the one who looks upward. The ideal human. Someone who has mastered themselves and fully stepped into their ideal form.
Health is the foundation of that. Without physical vitality, every capacity, pursuit, and ambitious goal is built on sand. Performance, mental clarity, resilience. Your health is what makes all of it possible.
Getting healthier comes down to getting stronger and getting leaner. Everything else is detail.
Like wealth, your health is like your savings account that compounds interest and gives you options, freedom, and the ability to say yes to the things that enhance your life, and no to the things that take away from it.
Fitness doesn't need to be your entire personality. But it is the baseline for being a better leader, partner, entrepreneur, and provider.
Most people treat their health like an expense. Something that takes time, money, and energy away from real life. It's not an expense. It's the investment everything else pays out from. You've already invested in everything else. Your career, your business, your family. It's time to invest in yourself. Skip it and you spend the back half of your life paying interest on what you never built.
Your body for your life.
Not your life for your body.

FAQ
Look, most programs are built for everyone, which means they're built for no one. This one is built for you: your body, your schedule, your training history. The principles are the same ones the best coaches have used for decades. The application is yours specifically.
If you're self-motivated, know what you want, and are ready to work, yes. This is for people who train consistently and want a program that actually reflects their life, not a generic template dressed up as personalization.
No. The program starts from where you are. Willingness matters more than experience. Beginners are welcome. So are people who have been training for years and hit a wall.
A gym with basic equipment is recommended. Barbells, dumbbells, a rack. Most commercial gyms have everything you need. If your setup is different, we work with what you have.
The program accounts for it. Travel and schedule changes get built in from the start. Missing a week matters less than what you do over six months. Consistency over time, not perfection every week.
Depends on where you're starting and how often you train. Most people feel a difference within a few weeks. The visible change comes around three to six months. In my experience, the internal shift, the confidence and clarity, comes even faster than that.
Here's the thing: they didn't work because they were built on complexity, not precision. Too many variables, not enough of what actually drives results. The human body has not changed. The principles of building it have not changed. What changes is the application.
You will, at some point. A week gets away from you, life happens, you miss a few sessions. That's not failure, that's being a person with a job and a family and a life outside the gym. The system is built for it. We don't need perfect. We need consistent over months, not flawless every week. When you slip, you tell me, we adjust, and you get back to it. The only way to actually lose here is to disappear and try to figure it out alone again. Don't do that. That's the whole reason I'm here.
Two to four sessions per week. The program works around your schedule, not the other way around.
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation hoops, no exit interviews. You stay because you want to. That's it.
An online program doesn't know you. It doesn't adjust when something isn't working. It doesn't notice when you plateau. It doesn't have eyes on your form. It also doesn't care whether you're enjoying it. We do.
Yes. The principles are the same. The program is built around you specifically. The idea that women need fundamentally different training is a myth that fitness influencers invented to sell pink dumbbells.
That gets accounted for from day one. The goal is Pain-Free Movement Ability: getting you back to full, confident function through graded strengthening, not avoidance. The program works around what you have.
That depends on what staying where you are is costing you, physically and in confidence. Resistance training is the closest thing to a miracle drug in a bottle. The question is whether you want it applied intelligently to your specific situation. Only you know the real number.
Your application is read personally. If there's a fit, you'll hear back within 48 hours.
